HVAC & Plumbing Estimator

Trillium Construction is hiring for an HVAC/Plumbing Estimator to work with a veteran-owned Federal contractor in Waldorf, MD.

This is a full-time, long-term, direct-hire position and hiring ASAP!

Duties:
-Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors
-Become proficient with all product offerings, estimating, and e-commerce software tools
-Create quotes and respond to inbound queries and requests
-Prepare estimates and purchase orders in detail for all products
-Review mechanical drawings for incoming quote requests
-Understand scope of HVAC and plumbing work to bid
-Communicate with the engineering department on new and current projects
-Prepare job take offs 

Compensation:
-Annual salary around $100,000 or higher, depending on experience
-M/V/D insurance
-401k
-PTO

Qualifications:
-10 years of experience estimating on Federal projects
-5 years of experience estimating on medical facilities
-Proficient in estimating software, and MS Office programs
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
